Snapture is a full function, easy to use, free camera application that allows you to take great photos on your iPhone, plain and simple. It provides all the advanced features of the first advanced CameraPro.app from Makayama which was for a price tag of USD 30 (very expensive) but the best feature of the application is you do not need to buy it. Yes you heard it right, you can use all the advanced features of …

A new application called WildEyes is out by the developer of the famous TimeCapsule application. This application lets you view some supported files in Safari on all the iPhone versions upto 1.1.4. This application basically provides an interface to browse the files and when you click the supported file, the application closes and opens the file in Safari. I have also helped the author in the testing of the application. Also, you need to have lighttpd and BSD Subsystems installed in order to get this application to work for you.

BootNeuter, iPlus, pwnage, ZiPhone Blues »

With the release of PWNAGE, we now have BootNeuter to get any Bootloader to work with the future releases of iPhone firmwares! If you have a 3.8 BL (restoring to 1.0.2 / 1.1.1 using iPlus) you can now use BootNeuter to get back to 3.9 / 4.6 BL and fakeblank it which means no more restrictions with bootloaders! You can do it all from the comfort of your iPhone as shown 🙂

Well, since Zibri forced all ZiPhone users to 3.9 BL voiding their warranties (since we can’t get 4.6BL back!), …

The long awaited iPhone Jailbreak Tool a.k.a Pwnage has been released today by the iPhone Dev Team. It is the best method and the only jailbreak solution which allow custom firmware to be put on iPhone using iTunes. Some users have reported that it allows to upgrade original BL 3.9 to BL 4.6 using the Bootneuter application for iPhone which means no more threat when you go to apple care if ziphone downgraded your BL. The sad news is that the windows users have to wait for some days to …

A newer version (0.20) of the best backup application for iPhone i.e. TimeCapsule is out. It consists of a lot of new features. These features are all bugfree and tested by me in beta stages. But the downside is that most of the advanced features are confined to paid users which is not that price according to me (it’s my opinion). I would also like to thank the developer for acknowledging me and our site in the about screen. Here is the Changelog for this new version. Stay tuned as …

iLiberty, Warranty, ZiPhone »

[1 Apr 2008 | 4 Comments | ]

A quick note to everyone using ZiPhone and worshiping ZibZi as a god need to think twice if you are planning to claim warranty or AppleCare on your shiny iPhone! Though Apple benefits from unlocking (huge sales and exports!), they definitely will deny warranty if you tamper your device the Zi way! I suggest iLiberty+ which is an enhanced GUI version of iPlus. It uses fake BL 3.9 while Zibri denies using it just because it is from the Dev team.
