The Dev Team did it again in style by releasing Pwnage tool for 3.1.3 iPhone Firmware. 3.1.3 Firmware from Apple is not a noteworthy upgrade and it is suggested you skip it! Few bug fixes, battery fixes, unlock-mess ups are everything Apple has to offer with 3.1.3 firmware! This cannot be stressed enough. Skip the latest Software Update 3.1.3 and have a nice time with your 3.1.2 iPhone 2G/3G/3GS! Apple supposedly fixed some bugs with 3.1.3 but as always they strive hard to break the jailbreak capability which in-turn breaks the unlocking capability.
iPhone Dev Team strongly suggests you tame your temptations to update your iPhones to 3.1.3! iPhone 4.0 is the way to go (we still have few months atleast though)..
